I’m moving to the Okanagan from out of town. Can you help me buy a home remotely?


Yes. I regularly help buyers relocate to Osoyoos, Oliver and Okanagan Falls from the Lower Mainland, Alberta and across Canada, often before they’ve visited in person.
 
I’ll get to know what you’re looking for, then send you listings that fit and tour homes for you by live video. I’ll point out the things photos don’t show, like road noise, views, sun exposure and the feel of the neighbourhood. I can also connect you with trusted local home inspectors, lawyers, notaries, mortgage professionals and movers, so every step can be handled from a distance. When you’re ready, I’m happy to plan a visit around a short list of your favourite homes so your trip counts.

My parent needs to sell their home in the Okanagan. How can I help from a distance?


You don’t need to live nearby to help a parent sell their home. As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), I work regularly with adult children, families and executors who live outside the South Okanagan.
 
I can be your local point of contact: meeting your parent in person, coordinating access, and arranging trusted help for downsizing, cleaning, repairs and staging. I’ll keep the whole family updated with regular calls, photos and video, and documents can usually be signed electronically.
