We are looking for great Realtors that are customer service oriented and want to thrive in a collaborative environment with Real Broker in the Okanagan.

1. Independent Agent:

This option is for licenced Realtors that wish to join Real Broker. A good fit for those that like to operate independently while also benefiting from a collaborative environment.

You have access to all the benefits the Brokerage provides such as unlimited training & mastermind resources, brokerage stock options, bonuses, revenue share & retirement options which allow ongoing revenue share once you retire!  At the same time you will get the support and tools that our team members receive. Onboarding support and training are always included to ensure you can get up to speed quickly with our systems and experience no interuption in your business.

2. Team Member:

There is a reason that the team was named Okanagan Home Team and not after a founder using a surname. Agents often lose their identity this way and our team members are welcome to use their own branding. The Okanagan Home Team environment has been designed to be a mutually beneficial with access to tools, resources and training to ensure success individually and as a group. 
 
We have an opening for a new agent that is on the road to being licensed as well as an experienced Realtor. Experience with the 50+ demographic and helping people that are downsizing would be a good fit.
